"My aunt is very happy at Knowle Park and is looked after very well by caring staff. There are various activities on most days in the week and some trips out. The home is set in lovely grounds and it is lovely to sit outside in the summer." - Christine

"I can thoroughly recommend Knowle Park as an outstanding nursing home. It is a spacious country house with wonderful views over the downs. The rooms are large and comfortable with high ceilings. My mother went there for respite care over several years. She was apprehensive at first but made very welcome by staff and had a lovely shared room with a partition. "The home is set in beautiful grounds with lovely views. Inside it is very homely with plenty of areas for sitting with relatives/friends. I have eaten a few times with my mum and the food is lovely, with several choices daily. There are activities most days for the residents to keep their brains active and trips out occasionally. "Knowle Park, as the name suggests is a care home with nursing, set in acres of parkland. The location is beautiful and being a long way from the road is very quiet. Management and staff are of excellent quality and always keen to assist when asked. My mother's room is of a good size and offers a good view over the lawns to the wooded copse. "This nursing home is a home from home. It is kept very clean, and always has fresh flowers. The staff are all very welcoming, and the nursing staff are very caring to the clients. You are never made to feel unwelcome, and the food is always very appetising. They cater for all types of food needs and help residents who are unable to feed themselves, there is never a rush to finish. My aunt has been there for 2 1/2 years, and I cannot find any fault with any aspect of her care." - Gillian P
