Located in the attractive Thornhill Crescent Conservation Area in Sunderland, Jubilee is a fine purpose built home providing residential and specialist nursing care for up to 35 elderly residents.

Jubilee provides a homely and friendly environment for our residents. Bedrooms and communal areas are attractively decorated and furnished. A real focal point of the home’s community is the bright and airy conservatory, where residents can relax with good company. The dedicated staff team work closely with every resident to ensure that they enjoy a varied and personalised activities and each resident benefits from tailored nutritional programme too.

Jubilee offers a full range of residential and nursing care support, including trial stays, respite breaks and convalescent care as well as long term care. Residents are encouraged to bring important personal possessions to personalise their rooms. Jubilee operates an open visiting policy, where residents and loved ones may visit at convenient times. In common with all of our homes, Jubilee Nursing Home’s manager has a qualified nursing background. The home is fully registered with the Care Quality Commission and has ISO9001/2000 and Hospitality Assured accreditation.

The Jubilee care & retirement home is a purpose-built property located in the attractive Thornhill Crescent Conservation Area of Sunderland and provides residential and specialist nursing care for up to 35 elderly ladies and gentlemen.

All of our Care Homes in Tyne and Wear have a dedicated activities co-ordinator working alongside the clinical team to develop an individual activities programme tailored to suit the resident's needs.

A full range of residential and nursing care support is available, including trial stays, respite breaks and convalescent care as well as long term care.
