Standard to all of our homes are a number of services which are designed to make the life for the residents as enjoyable and hassle free as possible. In each CARING HOME you can expect to receive the following services / facilities:

In furtherance of our desire to lead the way in Hotel Services we are also gaining information from our residents through questionnaires, as to what additional services and facilities they would find of benefit.
The questionnaires are comprehensive and include not only ideas for improved services and facilities, but also ideas on "in house clubs" and interest groups, which we are aiming to introduce in our homes. The popular selections from Residents have included "well-being" and "book" clubs which we aim to introduce very shortly.
Creating an environment in which residents can feel secure, capable and independant whilst enabled and encouraged to pursue their interests is our aim, with our continual review of services, this aim we are sure to continue to achieve.
