The Commission Social Care Inspection reviews and inspects our operational standards to ensure that we are meeting the national minimum standards that came into effect with the Care Standards 2000. With a desire to be recognised as an innovative and leading healthcare organisation we also perform internal monitoring through comprehensive “service user” and “staff” questionnaires, which are audited by our quality manager, and are constantly improving our operational management system which is in place throughout the group and has won us the accolade of being a quality assured organisation.
