Caring Homes Healthcare Group was originally founded in 1995 by Paul Jeffery (Accountant) and Helena Jeffery (Registered Nurse). Soon after, Craig Griffin joined Paul and Helena to support the Company’s on-going growth and development.

Today our Directors include Paul Jeffery, Chief Executive Officer, Craig Griffin, Director, Helena Jeffery Operations Director, Derek Cormack, Corporate Director, Sarah Fish, Regional Operations Director, Frank Cummins, Clinical Director, David Beecham, Acquisitions Director, Dr Alan Whittle, Specialist Services Director, Robert Jeffery, Hospitality Director and Phillip Osborne, Development Director.

Our Central Management Infrastructure includes departments for Human Resources, Finance, Property Services and Marketing which form part of our support team.

Our Regional Management Team are based on a local level and are in place to provide day to day support to each of our home managers, each regional manager supports a maximum of 6 care homes. Each of our regional managers is a qualified nurse, who bring with them extensive home management experience, which will ideally have been gained within a corporate environment, in our search and selection process we endeavour to appoint regional managers with a specialist discipline in addition to their management experience, creating in turn a multi-disciplined team.

Our Peripatetic Management Team are highly experienced and qualified nurses who are available to support our homes through times where home managers are on annual leave, long periods of sickness and in the event of a crisis situation. Each member of our peripatetic team will have management experience and once again the team members are selected for their individual merits, to ensure a multi-disciplined team.
