Our Hospitality Services Director is Rob Jeffery, who is supported by Mike Biggs in ensuring high standards are achieved in all matters relating to Hospitality. In addition to their departmental responsibilities which are listed below, Rob Jeffery and Mike Biggs also support the group in achieving and maintaining its Hospitality Assured Accreditation with the Institute for Hospitality and ensuring a continual forward thinking improvement programme is in place to ensure the very highest standards are achieved in every Caring Home
