Whilst Caring Homes has grown and developed, it has maintained it’s ethos of providing quality services where staff and residents are actively involved in the day to day decision making of each home – individuality is what makes Caring Homes special, and the focus on individuality relates to delivering individualised care programmes and recognising each of the care homes as individual, with their own individual merits, as opposed to developing a care home group which focuses on a corporate standard, where everything and everyone is treated the same – we are all individual and have the right to have those little idiosyncrasies and foibles recognised and therefore care delivery and support to be tailored around these.
