Andy Fairchild

Andy Fairchild is Chief Operating Officer for the Caring Homes Group. He has operational accountability for the Caring Homes (Elderly) and Consensus Divisions, as well as Human Resources, IT, Marketing and Property/Facilities Management. He joined the group in June 2007.

Prior to this Andy held a number of senior operational management roles in Financial Services. These include Customer Service Director roles at First Direct (part of HSBC) and Abbey National. Latterly he operated as a PLC Board Director and Chief Operating Officer at AXA Insurance. He holds an MBA from Warwick Business School .
